Customer communication is a critical aspect of business operations, it is the necessity of maintaining good rapport with the folks that actually write the checks. You need to understand them and they will be acceptable of you and any issues you present. Just like in a marriage, communication is the grease that let’s the wheel roll.
You would think this is a simple question with an easy answer. But for most folks, they can’t identify their customer. It seems elusive or undefinable. If you are in business, you need to answer this one question. You need to know who is your customer.
Just like employees, cash has its problems too. Sometimes it calls in sick. Other times, it shows up late (actually quite often), and for some reason cash isn’t as productive, it doesn’t do as much work as you would like it to do.
