A mission statement is a written document identifying the businesses’ primary reason for existence. It should convey the core values and the principles of the company. It should be reviewed with staff frequently to remind everyone of the chief goals of the company.
A mission statement is a proclamation advocated by a business identifying their respective goals and ethics related to conducting activity. In general a good mission statement will address the customer, the employees and the ownership of the company in regards to the values the company advocates.
