504 Loan Program

The 504 loan program is one of the two major loan guaranty programs administered by the Small Business Administration. The 504 loan program is designed for job creation in economically qualified zones. Loans are generally financed by economic development bonds tied to the Treasury rates of the US Government. The small business owner may use the proceeds to purchase equipment and/or facilities/real estate.
