Articles of Association

Very similar to articles of incorporation, articles of association are a set of clauses identifying the organization for legal purposes. It is customarily filed with your state’s secretary or commission responsible for recognizing new businesses. Their are many different names for the same subject matter and they include: 1) Charter, 2) Articles of Incorporation, 3) Constitution, 4) Certificate of Incorporation.
